May, 1993 "Effect of Antiozonant in Rubber Compound and Characteristics of Rubber Compound" This project had proved how the Antiozonant fuctions in rubber compound, which had not been known in the industry.
September, 1996 "EPDM Sponge Development"
Yongjin was first in Korea to experiment with rubber compound and EPDM rubber to produce a sponge. This know-how brought Yongjin to a next level in Research and Development.
December, 1997 "Functional Color Rubber Compound Development"
An advanced country began to develop color tire and Yongjin was first to localize the compound. This helped Yongjin to develop and commercialize Silica Dispersant and supported Korean Tire companies. |

Yongjin had independently developed and commercialized a dispersant for plastics and rubber. Currently, Yongjin supplies to related industries.
This project had been a great interest to tire companies around a globe. This experiment was to evenly disperse silica in a compound.

June, 1992 "Special Grade Wax Analysis and Development"
Until then, local wax had been low quality wax without any analysis. Yongjin utilized an idea of precise carbon distribution and blended wax to the meet the needs of every customers.
Up until then, locally produced rubber wax was low in quality and produced without any analysis done. Yongjin had determined purpose to meet the needs of every customer that led to produce blended wax with precise carbon distribution.
1998. 7 "Research to Reform Polarity of Rubbers"
Rubber products with a polar monomer grafting has been sought after by the rubber industry for various uses. To fulfuill the numerous requirements of the market, research has been proceeded to meet those requirements domestically and globally.
1999. 3. "A research to improve performance of rubber additives for automobiles"
To take a part in reducing environmental pollutions and raising the values of by-products, Yongjin formed a research team to develop new applications of oil and coal chemical process by-products. Also to localize the product, we have provided fundamental documents of synthesizing aromatic resin, hydrocarbon-formaldehyde.
Above research is one of the examples to describe the strong will of our Research & Development Team. As a result, many items are commercialized and localized.
In Yongjin, employer and employees shares a common purpose which is to take a huge part in global market. Consequently, Yongjin was first in the world to produce Semi-Transparent Water-Based Outside Paint, a product that did not include harmful solvent and carbon black. Our employer's strong belief in Research and Development led to invest more during the times of economy crisis which brought successful results. Yongjin is determined to continually grow to become the best rubber additive manufacturer in the world. |
